Sondra Quinn has been a teacher, a social worker and a local government bureaucrat. She is passionate about causes involving animal and child welfare. She was born and raised in Indiana, but she moved to the warmth of Texas as fast as she could. She says that she’s seen enough snow to last her for life after living in upstate New York for 4 years when her husband was in the military.
